The Council meets the third Wednesday of each month (other than August and December) at Charlesworth Primary School, Town Lane, Charlesworth. Members of the public are welcome to attend and there is a "public participation" item near the start of the Agenda enabling people to speak for up to five minutes on relevant issues. Meetings usually begin at 7.30pm (7pm in March followed by the annual Parish meeting at 8pm).

The current Councillors are C. Harbut (Chair), H. Maddox (Vice-Chair), P. Maddox, V. Winfield, J. Winterbotham, A. Worrall and S. Worrall.  The Council has also resolved to co-opt J. Haken and D. Vincent.
